Takeover at the Grand Maloney

If I could give this Airbnb and its hosts more than five stars, I absolutely would. We stayed here for our best friend’s bachelorette party, and from the very beginning, the hosts went above and beyond to make the entire weekend feel special. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating, basically the kind of Airbnb hosts who ruin all future Airbnb hosts for you. We asked about umbrellas? Umbrellas appeared. We needed to send Amazon packages ahead of time? They helped coordinate and accept them like they were running a small but extremely efficient Key West distribution center. We were hoping to check in early? They made it happen. Every question, request, and slightly chaotic bachelorette-party logistical need was met with kindness and a “we’ve got you” attitude. And then there’s the actual property: absolutely beautiful. It was clean, gorgeous, comfortable, and somehow even better than we expected from the photos. It was the perfect home base for a Key West stay.

My group had a terrific time at the Grand Maloney. Self check in was very easy. Having the entire place to ourselves made for a private and comfortable stay. The location is walkable to all of downtown Key West, and plenty of other locations worth visiting. We had a couple small problems getting into some of our rooms, but, Brightwild's guest services was easy to get in touch with, very helpful, and got us situated properly. If I return to Key West I could certainly see staying here again.

We stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday with a group of 14 and had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful, spacious, and a great place for our friends and family to gather. The location was excellent, and we made so many special memories during our stay. We did experience a plumbing issue on the final day, but the property management team responded promptly, communicated with us, and worked to make the situation right. We truly appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service. Overall, this was a lovely home for a large group, and we appreciated the care the team showed throughout our stay.

Seriously, the perfect spot. Close to everything. Fantastic amenities. Great host team!!! We rented the entire home for a birthday party, and it was EPIC. THANK YOU!!!!

We had a great stay while on a business trip. There were a few issues at first getting into rooms and with some water bugs the first night but their team was extremely responsive and communicated well. The location was unmatched and the place is very well decorated.

This place is incredible! It felt like staying in a museum—but with modern, state-of-the-art appliances. Every room had its own unique character, and the pool was a great bonus. The location is perfect—just around the corner from some of the best bars, including Rick’s, Irish Kevin’s, and Sloppy Joe’s. I’d highly recommend this place for larger groups looking to stay together and really enjoy the full experience.
